The first couple of comments were something he could still read as barely covered up dislike, even hate, but that first comment sounds so genuine, even over text, that Eichi doesn't know how to feel about it. Uncomfortable? Worried that it might be some sort of pity... that he might be treating him differently just because he was hospitalized.]
